Great TV for the money....Fast delivery works great out of the box, easy set up (in my case stand alone use)The TV I got was a "open box" special and so far I haven't noticed anythig wrong with it. After I try my TV some more, I'll write more about it. But, right now, I am impressed. It is the Samsung 2010 46" LED version of their award-winning 2009 LCD 46" TV and has some great features.

Concerning the shipping, while it stated I would get 3-5 day shipping, it took about two weeks. Before the delivery, I had left written and verbal instructions and 3 phone numbers to call me 30 minutes prior to delivery. My TV sat in Buffalo for 6 days. Then someone called on day 7 and said no one was home when they had tried to make the delivery. Of course, they had not called me prior to delivery. Finally, after another 3 days, I received my TV and, yes, they called 30 minutes prior and, yes, I made it home to accept the delivery. VERY SHODDY delivery with one shipper blaming the previous. I am surprised because everything else from Amazon has had great shipping.

We just recently got this TV. And I first want to start off by saying WOW! It is the clearest picture you will ever see. The ease of set up and navigation around the Menu options is so simple. Quick set up and assembly of base or wall mount. When watching the baseball game in HD, you honestly feel like you are there watching in person. Great price for a great tv. I've had the TV for a few weeks now and love the picture. Its crisp with the right amount of saturation and amazingly lit. However, I am not satisfied with the media player feature. It only sees a very limited type of video files (none from iTunes) and is not compatible with apple computers which I exclusively use. -- Perfect TV except for Media Player

This product is great so far. Excellent colors, super thin and great price.

My only gripe for the less than satisfactory media player - when I try to play mp3 or media files that have any character other than a ASCII character, say Chinese character, the name of the songs/videos does not display properly but appear as squares.
